This course will instruct students on how to use problem solving in real world situations as they learn the art and science of computer programming. In our Game Coding classes, students will learn the principles, techniques, and practice of simple coding, gaining familiarity with major algorithms and data structures. Through interactive instruction, students have the opportunity to apply important algorithmic design paradigms and methods of analysis, providing a platform for students to critically engage the past and present of coding. Lessons and exercises consist of game design, systems, and gameplay programming.

All of our classes provide students with the opportunity to learn character development principles, developing skills in resiliency, communication, problem solving, and creative critical thinking skills.
